My husband…” Warning: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER!! My husband and I have been going here for YEARS before we were even married! We were both fairly satisfied with their service and definitely their price even though it has increased a bit over the years..and we go out of our way to travel here to drop off our clothes because it’s more economical overall. We got to the point where they didn’t even have to ask my husband for his name when he came in.
We spend on average $60 every time we bring our clothes in and that’s about 2x a month so needless to say, they get plenty of our business. Having said all that, you would think they would “value” our business…well, NOT at the least. We dropped off our clothes after we came back from our recent honeymoon about a month ago and as usual my husband came back to pick it up and on this day he was astound to find that they had ruined my black cocktail dress which had jewels surrounding the neckline.
It was a simple black dress aside from the jewels across the neck. These were what accented the dress and this place had completely burned off all of my jewels off the dress. They somehow had managed to ruin it completely and didn’t even bother to mention to him when he picked it up (like we weren’t going to notice???) Needless to say, he called me to inform me what had happened and I was more than furious as this was one of my very favorite dresses which I wore on our honeymoon!
To make the long story short, since my husband is less than confrontational with people even when they are out of line, I asked him to put the owner on the phone of which he did. After several minutes of speaking with him and letting off steam and question how they can completely ruin my dress..he replied with “ma’am, this is not our problem and refused to compensate me anything for my dress (which is valued at over $100) nor did he offer an apology??!!
I was beyond belief…no apologies no nothing! He did however offer me advice and that is that I should take my dress back to the “manufacturer”..like how is this their responsibility?? I had to inform him this is not a manufacturing defect!! This was caused by your business and thus your responsibility to rectify!

I couldn’t believe he didn’t understand why he owed me the value of my dress or at least try to make things right. After of much threatening him with a lawsuit, he offered $40 on my dress which I told him that is ridiculous!
In the end, I was less than satisfied with the outcome!!Even though this man runs a business, he obviously doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service, responsibility or honor to his customers. SO Be warned! This is an establishment which takes your money but doesn’t care about the customers. Basically, it’s your lost if they ruin your clothes!
I am now taking my clothes to another cleaner at a much higher cost but with much customer service care! I would give zero stars…but had to click on something. p.s. My daughter purchased 2 very…” Ripped off again. My daughter purchased 2 very minimal dresses to take to college (1st semester freshman UT). Both dresses needed minor alterations that should have cost about $10 each.
I picked up the dresses for her and to my surprise the bill was $51!!! Besides the hight price of the alterations, they charged and $8 “environmental fee”. While I’ve not been charged this fee at other cleaners’, it does make a certain amount of sense—at least when dealing with dry cleaning.
But with ALTERATIONS??? REALLY??? Complained vigorously to no avail. Won’t go back to this rip off joint. They are cheap on the cleaning side but the truth is, you just might get what you pay for here.

I spoke to the attendant and she told me that the cloth were not ready. she said to wait until the following day. She took mi tickets and never return them. The next day she was no longer employed there. In my 3 years I have seen several employees come and go.
I spoke to the owner and he stated he will give me a call. Its been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for his call. I am looking in seeking legal council.
